Everything was superb during 2 days, enjoyed its prime location close enough to Shin-Osaka station, Kansai airport and most local attractions. The triple room was huge and had a laptop-compatible safe, a mini bar, and central heating. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice here. Extremely helpful and very friendly staff plus the breakfast was marvellous...
Some people working there were not experienced.

The staff was highly courteous. the unit was well-appointed and large, with coffee & tea making machines and fridges. the bathroom had a bidet. the pool area is covered. the location on the river is incredible. What a wonderful stay!

View looking over city was the reason we booked a double room. A microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were available in a handy kitchenette:)))

Can be described as a just perfect experience, recommend. The location is strategic, the hotel is luxurious and the staff are exceptionally attentive. The breakfast is amazing and satisfactory, includes a wide range of meals. This venue offers well-appointed and new-fashioned rooms with amazing beds, ceiling windows, the best views.

The room here was modern and absolutely amazing, with super comfortable beds and stunning ceiling windows that offered the best views. I was really happy with it. the breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious meals 🍳.
